Overview
The CC3000 EM module has been designed with connectors that mate to the Texas Instruments EM interface provided on the MSP-EXP430F5529.
Supported Applications
The CC3000 + MSP-EXP430F5529 is supported by the following application:

User Interface
There is a red LED (LED1) used to indicate successful connection to an access point (AP connect). There is a green LED used to indicate power (eZPWR)
Power Supply
The CC3000 is powered via the USB interface on the MSP-EXP430F5529
Configuring the HyperTerminal
General Notes
The HyperTerminal is the interface through which commands are sent to the CC3000 basic Wi-Fi example application. The HyperTerminal connects to the MSP-EXP430F5529 board, as shown in the figure above.
Baud Rate Configuration
Configure the baud rate as follows:
- Bits per second: 9600
- Data bits: 8
- Parity: None
- Stop bits: 1
- Flow control: None
