Category:Mac OS X Support - MSP430

From Texas Instruments Embedded Processors Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search

Mac OS X is not an officially supported operating system for MSP430 tools released by Texas Instruments. Despite this, it is possible to utilize MSP430 development tools by using a virtualization environment running an officially supported operating system as the guest OS, or by running such an operating system natively via Boot Camp. This page is intended to provide an experience-based overview of certain working and non-working scenarios. Also see http://e2e.ti.com/forums/p/9561/37005.aspx#37005 for a discussion regarding this topic. Please do not contact TI support if you run into any issues.
