The DM365 (TMS320DM365 Digital Media System-on-Chip (DMSoC)) is a SoC and a multimedia processor of the DaVinci series from TI. It features an enhanced version of the MPEG/JPEG co-processor (MJCP) unit known from the DM355 plus the HDVICP, a face detection extension for the video front end and one built-in 10/100M Ethernet MAC. Its indicated by various sources that there will be a video performance enhanced successor called DM368 that might run up to a core clock of some 400 MHz.
