yes, although both updates are from 2004 (no new updates since then):

V1.1.1 for Spectrum Digital V2 boards, with Philips SAA7115 decoders on board

1. Changed the definition of VPORT_POLARITY_ACTIVE_LOW from 0x11 to 0x1. No functional change.
2. Added configurations of FISE and PALENABLE bit in the saa7105.c file. To support dynamic switching of NTSC and PAL display
3. Fixed a bug in the vportcap.c that prevents the capture re-synchronizaton to work for channel B when inputs are switched.
