You can leave all analog outputs floating but you need to power the section and connect the DAC_REF and RBIAS. The idea is to put the DAC in the stable states by applying the power and the reference voltage to keep it from oscillation.
You can use a resistor divider to generate 0.5V for the DAC_REF and one resistor for the RBIAS.
