Prerequisites

Download the packages used to flash the bootloader according to the method that you would like to follow:

Procedure

Booting overview

U-Boot is an open source boot loader and is responsible for booting the Linux kernel.

To boot U-Boot, connect a serial cable from the uart port on the Leopard Board to the COM port on the host machine. Set up the serial terminal software as described in Leopard Board DM355 Hardware Setup.

Flashing the Leopard Board

There are different procedures and tools to flash the bootloader in the board:
