Welcome to the ARM Processor Wireless Connectivity Portal for Legacy WLAN Driver. Here you will learn how to get started with TI's WL1271 combination WiFi and Bluetooth solution. Currently we offer a complete HW and SW package based on the OMAP35x EVM Rev G & AM37x EVM. The WL1271 Wireless Connectivity Card now ships bundled with the OMAP35x RevG EVM and AM37x EVM. It contains a FCC/IC/CE pre-certified module by LS Research based on TI's WL1271 solution. The WL1271-based module datasheet can be downloaded from the LS Research website. People who already own a OMAP35x RevG EVM can order their add-on WL1271 Connectivity Card from Mistral Solutions. The SW is preintegrated into the Linux SDK (Software Development Kit) for AM37x and can be freely downloaded from the Downloads section of this wiki. We don't have any additional platforms planned based on Legacy WLAN Driver, please refer to ARM Processor Open Source Connectivity Wiki, for future platforms and software releases.
