The IGEPv5 is an industrial embedded platform. It is based on OMAP5 Dual Cortex-A15, DSP (TMS320DMC64x fixed 32-bit), IVA-HD (High Definition image and video hardware encoder/decoder accelerators), IPU (Cortex M4 Image Processing Unit, including two ARM Cortex M4 microprocessors for low-power offload and real-time responses), ABE (Audio back-end subsystem), ISS (Imaging subsystem consisting of image signal processor (ISP) and still image coprocessor (SIMCOP) block, 3D Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), including POWERVR SGX544 dual-core, 2D Graphics accelerator, Face detect module.
