Under the Hardware Documentation section, the Bill of Materials (BOM) links actually point to the links for the schematics. I don't see any links to the BOMs for the kit. Can someone post these also? Thanks!

I have referred your schematic and I found that DDR3 data lines connection to processor data lines are erroneous. For example, DDR_D3 is connected to DQ0 and DDR_D9 to DQ15. Please clarify over here.

There is no problem in transposing Data lines between processor and Memory. Normally this is done for better routing of PCB.
