Comments on Eclipse Concepts
I think the last paragrapgh:
"This differs from the concept of adding a file to a CCSv3 project"
It should read instead:
"This differs from the concept of linking a file to a CCSv3 project"
Where "linking" sounds more appropriate...

You should add some text stating that you can create subdirectories in the project directory with include files, etc. This may be obvious but the following statement makes it seem like you can't have your include files in your project directory, "The 'Binaries' and 'Includes' folders that appear in the view also are just references." For example, you could create a subdirectory called 'Includes' in your project directory and place header files their and then you will have two 'Includes' in the project view.

In the second paragraph after "Perspective" is this sentence:
Perspectives can easily switched between perspectives by clicking on the perspective icons in the upper right corners.
To "be" or not to "be" and an extra s.
I might have said:
Users can easily switch between perspectives by clicking on the perspective icons in the upper right corner.
